Mission 10,000

Partner With Us to Make 10,000 Graduates Employable by 2028

Graduates who can't find jobs. Employers who can't find the right graduates. We're closing that gap.

Graduates leave school qualified but underprepared, while employers struggle to find the technical skills, problem-solving, communication, accountability and attitude they need. Through SkillUp to Work Africa, we help graduates find the career path that fits their strengths, become workplace-ready, and land jobs.

10,000

Employable graduates by 2028

20,000

Graduates enrolled (our target)

2,500+

Minimum enrolled per cohort

What “employable” means: a graduate who completes SkillUp to Work Africa with an overall grade of 80% or higher. Enrolling is the start line, not the finish line.

Why 20,000 enrolled gets us to 10,000 employable: not everyone who enrols finishes, and not everyone who finishes clears the 80% bar. We report enrolled and employable numbers separately, every cohort, because we value transparency and accountability over a number that only looks good.

What Your Organisation Gets

Sponsor and Track Graduates

Nominate eligible graduates, for example from your community, state, or staff's families, or let TAS select suitable candidates. We track each sponsored graduate's progress and share structured updates with you, with consent.

Impact Report

A report on enrolment, participation, completion, assessed learning outcomes, and follow-up on applications, interviews and landed jobs. Verified results are always kept separate from self-reported ones.

Access to Emerging Talent

Request profiles of graduates who performed strongly in their projects. If you have a vacancy or internship, we introduce interested, consenting candidates. No TAS introduction fee, and you keep your normal recruitment process.

Invitation to the Live Project Defence

Watch graduates present their capstone projects, explain their decisions, and answer questions, so you see what they can do beyond a CV or certificate.

Complimentary Staff Training

Partners sponsoring 20 or more graduates can access an agreed staff training session at no extra cost. The topic, number of participants, duration, format and timing are agreed with TAS.

Our Commitments

Every naira is reported: started, completed, landed jobs.
Verified and self-reported results are never mixed.
If a sponsored graduate withdraws, their place carries over to the next cohort, and you're told.
Graduate profiles and stories are shared only with written consent.

The Person Behind Mission 10,000

Ifunanya Gabriel

“I started SkillUp to Work Africa because too many graduates have degrees are not employable, and too many employers can't find the right people ready to deliver. Mission 10,000 is my public promise to change that: 10,000 employable graduates by 2028, so graduates land jobs and employers get people who can do the work excellently.”
