This is a draft document to keep the site functional during development. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be treated as final until it is.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website, the TAS Employability Assessment ("TEA"), and the SkillUp to Work Africa programme, all operated by The Analytics School ("TAS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
TAS provides a free employability assessment (TEA) that helps graduates and early-career professionals understand their employability strengths and gaps. TEA is diagnostic: it identifies where you stand today. It does not provide personalised career matches, learning plans, or course recommendations. Those services are part of SkillUp to Work Africa, our paid programme.
You need an account to save your assessment progress and view your report. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You must be old enough to legally use online services in your country to create an account.
Every account starts with one free assessment attempt. If you want to take it again, you can either pay a small fee, invite 3 friends to take the assessment to unlock another free attempt, or retake it for free as part of your SkillUp to Work Africa enrolment.
Your results depend on how honestly and accurately you answer. TEA is a guidance tool, not a guarantee of any job outcome, interview, or offer.
SkillUp to Work Africa is our paid programme for closing the gaps identified in your assessment. Pricing, enrolment terms, and programme structure are described on the SkillUp to Work Africa page at the time you enrol. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor and are subject to their terms as well as ours.
You agree not to:
The TEA assessment questions, scoring methodology, report design, SkillUp curriculum, and all site content belong to The Analytics School and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
The platform is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will lead to any specific career or employment outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
